These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the G-Hexa online marketplace (the “Platform”), operated by G-Hexa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts. Use of the Platform by minors requires parental/guardian consent.

G-Hexa offers on-demand laboratory products. There is no standard “checkout” or direct purchase flow—instead, users submit an order request/enquiry form on the website, after which the G-Hexa team reviews, provides a quotation (if applicable), confirms feasibility, and proceeds with further steps.

All products offered on the Platform—including laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, formulations, specialized setups, and other laboratory-related items—are intended solely for research, educational, institutional, scientific, or industrial use by qualified researchers, students, scientists, universities, research institutions, and laboratories. They are not for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any unauthorized applications without appropriate regulatory approvals and expertise.

After submitting an order request via the enquiry form, If we accept your request, we will communicate next steps, including a formal quotation, specifications, estimated timelines, technical support expertise and payment terms.

Payments are processed via secure gateways. G-Hexa team will share you payment details in the quotation after receiving your order details in the enquiry/request form. We accept major payment methods; all transactions are final except as per refund policy.

  • Shipping is handled by third-party logistics; delivery timelines are estimates.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and any import/customs duties (if applicable).
  • Returns accepted only for defective/damaged/wrong items within [X] days of receipt, subject to inspection.
  • Refunds processed to original payment method after verification.
  • No returns for perishable/consumable items or opened/sealed products unless defective.

All content on the Platform (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or use without permission.

G-Hexa operates in full compliance with Indian export laws, customs regulations, and international trade requirements. Certain products (e.g., technical machinery or materials) may be subject to export controls. You agree to comply with all applicable export, import, sanctions, and trade laws of India and your country when accessing content, requesting quotes, or placing orders. It is your responsibility to obtain necessary licenses, approvals, and ensure compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
